Park Lane Champagne imports all our goods direct from the relevant producers. We personally inspect every order as it is hand packed by us at our own premises. Sometimes, we recognise that things can go wrong or there may be an issue, although we do go the extra mile to try and eradicate these before they occur.
If, however, you are not happy with your product because you think there might be a genuine problem with it, then please do return it to us with its original packaging within seven days of despatch from us to the address below. The problem should be explained in a letter accompanying the parcel and if on inspection there is found to be a problem, then an immediate refund or credit will be offered.
