1. What are Cookies? 
Cookies are little data files that are placed onto the hardware device which you use to browse the internet (e.g. your Computer, Smartphone or Tablet, your “device”) by websites that you visit. 3. What Cookies are used by this Site?

Google Analytics To track which pages on the site are most commonly used, the number of visitors to the site, page views, which browsers are used, entry pages etc. We use the information provided to help us improve our site and identify the most popular pages.Cookies last between one month and one year.

Your Privacy

We take your privacy very seriously.  We do need to record your personal data to make sure that if there are any queries with your order then we are able to contact you.  No data will be passed to any third party for any purpose.  You also have the option to ask us not to retain your information.

We do NOT take or record your payment details as all transactions are handled by Sagepay, the UK's largest internet gateway, on our behalf. 

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).  We collect information about you for 2 reasons: first, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. 

The type of information we will collect about you is transactional based and includes: your name, your address, your phone number, your email address and contact details, your credit/debit card details, as well as the contact details of any third party recipient.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings. 

We may send you a message from time to time to alert you to new products or enhanced services, but we will always respect your wishes not to receive such communication if you would prefer.

Returns & Complaints

Park Lane Champagne imports all our goods direct from the relevant producers. We personally inspect every order as it is hand packed by us at our own premises.  Sometimes, we recognise that things can go wrong or there may be an issue, although we do go the extra mile to try and eradicate these before they occur.

If, however, you are not happy with your product because you think there might be a genuine problem with it, then please do return it to us with its original packaging within seven days of despatch from us to the address below. The problem should be explained in a letter accompanying the parcel and if on inspection there is found to be a problem, then an immediate refund or credit will be offered.

Please note that a USER error - for example incorrect spelling on a personalised label or incorrect selection of products - will NOT be accepted as a valid reason for return.
