Park Lane Champagne is a specialist importer of personalised champagne. This is high quality champagne from independent producers in France, and we supply this to customers under their own brands.
We source excellent quality champagne (and other liquor products) from great producers with whom we have established and reliable relationships. There is much information about our producers in the Our Key Producers page.
Focusing on champagne, we ship the champagnes we sell direct from the producers' cellars to our premises in the UK. The producers carefully package this with appropriate labels containing all the necessary mentions required by EU law. There is always a full tasting description about each product you can buy, together with background information about bottle age, grape varieties, production methods, etc. on the relevant page.
We regularly visit our producers and keep abreast of all their developments, as well as ensuring that their quality is consistent and great. Close relations are important so that we remain an important customer to each producer, and they are comfortable with how and to who we sell their products.
We import directly and manage our own UK stock
By maintaining close relations with all producers, Park Lane Champagne regularly imports products from the different suppliers. Aside from stock which comes in from overseas - primarily France, Italy, Spain and Hungary - Park Lane Champagne is also an authorised and approved buyer of "brand" champagnes from Laurent Perrier UK, Bollinger UK (Bollinger and Ayala champagnes), Lanson UK (Lanson, Tsarine, Chanoine, and Rothschild champagnes) and Moet Hennessy UK (Krug, Dom Perignon, Moet et Chandon, Veuve Clicquot, Ruinart and Mercier champagnes).

Our storage facilities operate on a dedicated stock rotation basis with careful control and these are managed daily. Reordering of both overseas and UK stock is managed according to anticipated demand forecast over the various years of our trading.
We produce high quality labels
As a specialist in personalised champagne, personalised wine, personalised whisky and personalised liquor generally, Park Lane Champagne fully understands the importance of presentation.
When an order is received - whether this be for a single bottle with an individual personalised label or for hundreds of bottles with a bespoke corporate or event label - a full job sheet is produced to minimise any possibility for error.
All labels are printed on very high quality colour fast waterproof label stock. This ensure that the printed quality is excellent, that the label will still be in good condition for a long time to come and even more importantly that the labels will not come off the bottles when these are chilling in ice buckets ready for that big party!
We deliver excellent service
Attention to detail is an absolute hallmark of Park Lane Champagne and we have been astounded to find that people let us know they think our service is fabulous; if that is the case, fabulous service comes as standard.
All bottles are labeled by hand in an unhurried and professional manner. Any extras, for example special packaging, chocolates or glasses, as well as a complimentary gift card if requested, are all included with your purchase.
All customers receive an email notification from our courier when their purchase is despatched so that you have complete knowledge as to the progress of your purchase from the moment it leaves Park Lane Champagne.
If a parcel is delayed or something goes wrong (which is unlikely) we always strive to put this right with the minimum hassle and aggravation. Even when a customer makes a mistake - for example incorrect spelling on a label or an incorrect delivery address - we try and help to make sure everything goes as intended.

Shop with safety
We are anxious that you can shop at Park Lane with complete comfort. We will not share your data with any third parties and if you ask we will not send you any special offers or requests. We are not privy to and cannot store your payment details as all transactions are handled by the UK's largest internet payment gateway, sagepay.
We can accept all major credit and debit cards, including Amex, as well as paypal.
All items purchased from Park Lane Champagne are sent in bespoke packaging to ensure that your bottle arrives in pristine condition. All parcels are sent using established UK couriers (normally Parcelforce) who will email you an order tracking code when your delivery leaves our warehouse. Once you have received your order tracking code you can follow the progress of your package on their website using your tracking code.

Please note that Park Lane Champagne deliver to the UK only from the website. This includes Northern Island and the Channel Islands. If you would like your item delivered abroad please contact us so that we can prepare a bespoke quotation.

What happens if I'm out?
If you are out when the delivery is made your item will be delivered to the nearest Post Office or left with a neighbour (if the driver feels it is safe to do so).
The driver will leave a card notifying you of the attempted delivery.
