All bottles are labeled by hand in an unhurried and professional manner. Any extras, for example special packaging, chocolates or glasses, as well as a complimentary gift card if requested, are all included with your purchase.
All customers receive an email notification from our courier when their purchase is despatched so that you have complete knowledge as to the progress of your purchase from the moment it leaves Park Lane Champagne.
If a parcel is delayed or something goes wrong (which is unlikely) we always strive to put this right with the minimum hassle and aggravation. Even when a customer makes a mistake - for example incorrect spelling on a label or an incorrect delivery address - we try and help to make sure everything goes as intended.
