This champagne is an excellent quality Non-Vintage white champagne from Epernay in the heart of the Champagne region in France. "LeComber et Fils" is an English style brut cuvée specially imported by Park Lane Champagne. It is a dry champagne but not too dry and has persistent, gentle yet refreshing mousse largely due to its three years aging in bottle before disgorgement as opposed to the legal minimum of 15 months.

"This Champagne has a fine, yeasty nose that is nettly and fresh, yet has good richness. The palate is balanced between tangy lemon fruit and a rounder, creamy, autolytic character. The mousse is fine but persistent, and it has plenty of fresh lemony acidity without being at all tart. A nice grower's champagne that offers considerable finesse." Wine-Pages.com
