On the palate, this champagne has fruity flavours of citrus and pineapple together with subtle, richer hints of butter and biscuit from the time spent aging in bottle.
This pink champagne is made in the old fashioned way by allowing the pinot grape skins to bleed their colour into the wine - hence the lovely rose hue.
