This quality white champagne is produced in the classic champagne style of 40% chardonnay, 30% pinot meunier and 30% pinot noir grape. This NV is properly good - or at least we think so! Aged in the cellars for 3 years before disgorgement, as opposed to the minimum 15 months, this champagne is distinguished and elegant with fresh aromas and a delicate palate with dry, toasty notes.
Pale gold in colour, this non-vintage white champagne is perfect for serving as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to fish or chicken.
