To supply a great quality champagne personalised for the Rybrook Warwick dealership, for use as a handover gift for customers taking delivery of a new BMW. The champagne reiterates the importance that Rybrook places on its customers having a first class experience at the Warwick dealership. Various BMW and other motor dealerships across the country have used personalised champagne from Park Lane Champagne over the past sixteen years and found it a very beneficial and easy to monitor handover gift.

The Delivery
Bespoke branding for Rybrook Warwick BMW was created – which also led to the creation of bespoke labels for the onsite MINI franchise! Rybrook use around 24 bottles each month and sometimes more at peak new registration months. The supply is reactive according to Rybrook’s needs and there is no minimum or on-going commitment to bottle quantities. First deliveries were shipped in Q2/2010.

Result
That Rybrook Warwick continue to order from Park Lane Champagne, that the onsite MINI franchise also uses personalised champagne from Park Lane, that other Rybrook dealers have also started purchasing champagne from Park Lane and that the champagne has even featured positively in the CCC surveys, are all key indicators that personalised champagne is working for Rybrook!
