Park Lane - How It Works

Choose a product from our selection

Browse across the champagne and wine selection either by product or by category from the top line of buttons.

Alternatively visit our partners to see which organisations we are offering personalised champagne and personalised wines for.

Select a product and view all the additional information and either "view details" for more information or "personalise" if that option exists. Some products cannot be personalised, for example Grande Marque champagnes.

 

For products to "personalise"

Select the appropriate product you wish to personalise.

Select the type of label you want to create, either a "Text label" or a "Image and text label".

Follow the relevant onscreen instructions to the left hand side by selecting a relevant template and adding your text message or your image with a text message.

For "Image and text labels" you can select an image or logo to appear at the top of the label, or the image can be the entire label background which your write over or you can upload an image entirely as the complete label.

Preview the label in situ and when you like it click "Add to basket". NB. when the label is added to your basket, you cannot amend it further at this stage.

Either "Continue Shopping" or "View Basket". At this stage you can carry on shopping or review your purchase in your basket and then checkout.

 

Checkout

When viewing your basket and assuming you want to complete your purchase at this stage, you can either click "Checkout" or "Checkout without Registering".

The latter option enables you to make a one-off purchase and head on your way.

If you click "Checkout" then you will by default be creating a user account. This is not an onerous process but we will simply remember your address and details to make future purchases simpler. You will also be able to access labels you have used before in your user account for use on a future purchase if you wish.

Remember you must agree to our terms and conditions in order to purchase from us online.

 

Tell us where to send your purchase

Complete all the information requested as well as a FREE gift card it you want to include one.

Complete the delivery instructions either by sending to your billing address or to another recipient such as a friend or relative. Leave any special instructions, if applicable, such as "leave with a neighbour if noone home".

 

Complete payment

Move through to the money bit and complete the checkout process. We use SAGEPAY, the UK's largest internet payment gateway and COMODO provides our SSL payment guarantee certificate so you can be assured your payment is handled in complete safety and we are a bona fide organisation.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Amex and Paypal, so the payment process should be efficient and painless. We are NOT privy to your payment data and no payment information is retained by us.

 

You will receive an email confirmation from us so that you know we have your order safely and are processing it.  If you have personalised a label, an image of it will be attached to your confirmation - so you can double check everything.

 

Track your delivery

When we despatch the goods, you will get an email direct from the delivery company so you can track and trace the progress of your purchase in transit.

When the goodies arrive, as with all alcohol, do drink in moderation, but also make sure you enjoy them!
