Delivery Charges

All items purchased from Park Lane Champagne are sent in bespoke packaging to ensure that your bottle arrives in pristine condition. All parcels are sent through UK Mail who will email you an order tracking code when your delivery is dispatched.

Once you have received your order tracking code you can follow the progress of your package on the UK Mail website.

We also offer a range of delivery options:

Standard	£5.00
Next day (Mon-Thurs order before 3 pm)	£8.00
Select a day	£8.00
Weekday before 10am	£12.00
Next day (Mon-Thurs) before 10am	£12.00
Saturday anytime	£20.00

Importantly, our delivery is the same whether it be 1 bottle or 12 bottles per location, ie. it is a per location delivery charge.

Please note that Park Lane Champagne deliver to the UK only from the website. This includes Northern Island and the Channel Islands. If you would like your item delivered abroad please contact us so that we can prepare a bespoke quotation.

 

Restrictions

• The economy option can take up to three days
• For next day and economy delivery to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and the highlands please allow an extra day for delivery
• Next day options can only be used on working days for delivery on a working day, for example if next day is selected on a Saturday it will not be dispatched until the Monday with delivery being on the Tuesday

What happens if I'm out?

If you, or the recipient of your parcel is out, then the courier company will leave a message by placing a card through your door.  You will also be made aware of this through the track and trace facility above.

We prefer to use UK Mail for our UK deliveries and the main reason for this is because if you are out when they try and deliver your parcel, it is delivered to your nearest UK Mail depot instead.  You can arrange for this to be redelivered at a time when you will be in OR you can arrange to collect it at a time to suit you.

If you fail to arrange redelivery or collect the parcel from UK Mail then it will get returned to Park Lane Champagne after a certain period of time.  If this happens a delivery surcharge may apply.
