Delivery

All products are available ex UK stock on a next working day delivery basis. Orders can be specified for delivery on a future date if required, and special delivery either before a specific time or on a Saturday can also be arranged.

We believe that the way in which a product is delivered is almost as important as the product itself. All customers are notified by email of their parcel despatch tracking number and the progress of all packages can be tracked by the buyer via the Parcelforce Track Your Parcel page.

Delivery currently is to UK only, this includes Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. If there are delivery requirements further afield, please do contact us so we can prepare a bespoke quotation for the location.

The delivery charge

We charge a price for delivery, inclusive of VAT.  This charge INCLUDES a gift card with any message you want to send, as well as the protective packaging for the shipment.  The charge varies dependent on whether you select our economy service, next day service or a timed/Saturday/future date option.  Our charges relate to UK mainland and there may be a surcharge for the Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands or Northern Ireland. 

There are certain restrictions when ordering which are explained bellow:

• The economy option can take up to three days
• For next day and economy delivery to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and the highlands please allow an extra day for delivery
• Next day options can only be used on working days for delivery on a working day, for example if next day is selected on a Saturday it will not be dispatched until the Monday with delivery being on the Tuesday

Track your order

You (as the buyer) will receive an email from our carrier when your order is shipped and this gives you exclusive access to the carrier's systems to track and trace the progress of your order.

Importantly, our delivery is the SAME COST whether it be 1 bottle or 12 bottles per location, ie. it is a PER LOCATION delivery charge.  Hence the comment that "more is less";  effectively if you buy 1 to 12 items for shipping to the same location then only one delivery charge applies.  A duplicate applies for 13 to 60 bottles and all orders for 61 bottles or more benefit from FREE DELIVERY.  NB. this excludes all timed or special date orders, and only applies to the UK mainland. 

If you are out

If you, or the recipient of your parcel, is out, then the courier company will leave a message by placing a card through your door.  You will also be made aware of this through the track and trace facility above.

We prefer to use Parcelforce for our UK deliveries and the main reason for this is because if you are out when they try and deliver your parcel, it is delivered to your local Post Office instead.  You can arrange for this to be redelivered at a time when you will be in OR you can arrange to collect it at a time to suit you from your local Post Office.

If you fail to arrange redelivery or collect the parcel from the Post Office then it will get returned to Park Lane after a certain period of time.  If this happens a delivery surcharge may apply.
